Kimberly Roddy, MBA, is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Sunstone Therapies. With a background in oncology, clinical research, and healthcare systems, she has built a career designing infrastructure that supports both scientific rigor and compassionate care. Before founding Sunstone, Kim held leadership roles across hospital systems and oncology practices, where she expanded research programs and implemented wellness services for patients and families. At Sunstone, she helped launch the first psychedelic therapy trial in a community cancer center, centered on a group model for patients with cancer-related depression. Her expertise lies in translating complex research into scalable, patient-centered systems that prioritize safety, access, and human connection. A strategic and empathetic leader, Kim continues to shape innovative models for delivering novel therapies with lasting impact.
