Role
As Chief Operating officer, my role is to oversee the daily operations and activities for each of the business's functional areas—this includes research, training, therapy, finance, technology, the patient journey, the talent journey, HR, and product development. It is imperative that all the different components of our work integrate to support our business strategy and align with our patients’ needs.
Inspiration
My inspiration is driven by mentoring the people on our team to recognize how each individual task contributes to the broader goals and functions of the organization. When each person feels empowered to bring their authentic, creative, and unique self to work, the achievements often surpass anything we could individually imagine. Witnessing this in others is a privilege.
