Throughout my 35+ year career, I have had experience in diverse industries. I have spent the last 20 focused primarily on healthcare, holding leadership roles at prominent companies like Healthstat, Inc., LivingWell Health Solutions, and Bank of America. I have successfully led teams to develop and implement corporate IT strategies, improve enterprise operations, and oversee change management initiatives. As a CIO for a national healthcare provider, I was instrumental in the organization receiving several certifications and accreditations from industry organizations, including NCQA, AAAHC, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Controls at a Services Organization (SOC 2). In addition, my team led the initiative to successfully receive HITRUST CSF certification—the gold standard in healthcare industry security certifications—making this the first company to accomplish that.

Role

I use my business and technology leadership experience—specifically my healthcare industry knowledge—to provide technology and business leadership. This allows me to develop a strategic approach to technology, integrating technology planning into Sunstone’s overall strategy and goals while creating a high-performing technology team.
