Shirelle Lotlikar

Clinical Training Development Specialist
MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Naropa University (in-progress); BA in Finance and BBA in English from The University of Texas at Austin
Shirelle's career spans Bain & Company, an ad-tech start-up, and the forefront of psychedelic education — including developing therapist training programs and harm reduction education with MAPS, Beckley Academy, and the Zendo Project. She is completing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa and brings 15+ years across finance, operations, education, and marketing to her role at Sunstone.
My path here was shaped by a simple conviction: that our lives are touched by suffering, and our vocations can either contribute to that or help alleviate it. At Sunstone, I get to build the systems that prepare therapists to hold space for transformation with skill and care — which feels like a profound privilege.

Role

Shirelle brings experience in clinical training, instructional design, and content development to her role as Clinical Training Development Specialist at Sunstone. She is responsible for designing and implementing scalable psychedelic therapy training programs for therapists and clinical teams across Sunstone's client, partner, and internal initiatives.

Inspiration

My heart wishes for an equitable, holistic, and culturally relevant healthcare system — one that empowers communities through accessible education and care, and honors the collective nature of healing. Training therapists in safe and effective psychedelic-assisted therapy is how we build that future, one clinician at a time.
