Integration is critical, and so are the people in that role. It is incredibly beneficial to have the same team guide you through preparation, the experience itself, and the post-experience support. I would describe integration as a snapshot in time; it helps solidify the insights and feelings from the experience, turning them into a lasting memory that you do not easily forget.
